Can the State afford to LOSE $82,000 a Day?

COST? Every day that NV Does NOT have a 5% Sales Tax on Ads the state loses $82,000.  The money is being spent anyway, so, WHY isn’t it going to the state to provide NEEDED services – LIKE Schools, and Health Care?
