This just in from a reader - Subject: WITNESS'
I'VE ALWAYS WONDERED WHY, WHEN A POLICEMAN SHOOTS SOMEONE IN A CRIMINAL  ACT, BE IT IN A DESERTED ALLEY OR HALLWAY OR ON A SIDE STREET THERE ARE MANY   WITNESS' TO TELL HOW THE POLICE ACTED IMPROPERLY. BUT WHEN THERE IS A GANG SHOOTING AT A PARTY OR AT A SCHOOL PLAYGROUND OR IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY - NO ONE SEES ANYTHING. I GUESS GANG COLORS MAKE YOU GO BLIND.  Â
